ATTENTION Unit Leaders and Charter Renewal Processors,

Thank you to those who attended the BSA unit recharter training we conducted this past Thursday Nov 17.

A few Noteworthy items...
If your unit missed the Nov 17 training, please contact Distric Commissioner Jason Kelly to identify who will be conducting the recharter for your unit this year.  A training presentation back-briefing with a Commissioner can be arranged.  It's our goal to have every unit primed to get started on Dec 1 when online recharter is activated for our units.

Unit charter renewal processors should be able to log in starting Dec 1 to begin working on the recharter for your unit.  Log in codes were emailed to Unit Key 3 from Council on Nov 17 around noon.  If for some you did not receive this email contact the District Commissioner or Unit Service Executive.

Workshop / Early Bird Turn In - Dec 15 - BE THERE!
Our next recharter event is the Workshop / Early Bird Turn In on Dec 15th at Arborlawn United Methodist Church SAM building room S21.  All units are invited to attend and get started with their online recharter processing. Bring a laptop if you have it.  Commissioners will assist as you get started with login and loading the roster.

October 1st – 8th: Pacesetter Campaign
October 22nd: Show and Sell Return and Pay
October 24st: Take Order Units Orders Due to Council
November 3rd – 5th: Take Order Popcorn Distribution (Contact District Kernel for Location and Time)
December 9th: Take Order Money Due/Prizes Order Deadline (Late Fees after this date/Prizes are ordered after payment, each unit will be processed after payment)
